This wine offers a beautiful aromatic complexity supported by notes of roasting, highlighting well-concentrated and spicy tannins, underlined by a final hint of smoke.

With aromas of coffee, mocha and chocolate this pinotage provides spicy undertones of cinnamon with notes of roasted coffee beans and a smooth, lingering aftertaste.

The tannins are soft and ripe and the wine has a long, clean aftertaste with enough tannic grip to promise a good few years maturation potential. The Goose Shiraz has a ruby red colour, scented bouquet with abundant smoke and spice.

The Second Post Shiraz has ripe fruit aromas on the nose with gentle oak giving elegance and complexity leading to a silky, smooth finish. Perfect with a big steak or even a Thai Green Curry.

This Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blend has been matured in French Oak barrels for 18 months and is an elegant and multilayered wine.
