Flinty and clean Pinot Grigio from vineyards in Northern Italy. Lemon with lime peel and mineral qualities. Fresh, lifted style of Pinto Grigio with subtle almond and peach tones and a generous mouth feel with a fresh lemon finish.

A cracker-jack Sauvignon, more like a Loire than New World, herbaceous aromas of nettles, green apple and cut grass.

A straw yellow colour with golden reflections, it brings to the nose an interesting fruity scent of peach and ripe apricot. In the mouth it shows excellent freshness, with fruity notes that return to the mouth with good persistence.

Beautifully lifted on the nose with gooseberry, kaffir lime, apricot and lemon peel aromas. ­is leads to a delightfully flavoursome palate delivering excellent fruit intensity and vibrant acidity, making it instantly appealing.

Due to the cooler climate of the Upper-Langkloof, the style of this single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is much more Sancerre in style. Firm and succulent tropical fruits with gooseberries. A refined and appealing minerality and clean, fresh and bone dry finish.
