An award winning collective from the Marne headed by 8th generation of the Blin family. elegant but fruity in style.

The tannins are soft and ripe and the wine has a long, clean aftertaste with enough tannic grip to promise a good few years maturation potential. The Goose Shiraz has a ruby red colour, scented bouquet with abundant smoke and spice.

This Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blend has been matured in French Oak barrels for 18 months and is an elegant and multilayered wine.

Slightly weightier and creamier than Champagne. Barrels of apples and citrus with minerals and yeast. Top draw Cava!

This is a very pale dry white wine, it has stone fruit aromas and flavours.

Mineral at first, slightly austere, opening out in the mid palate with brioche notes and then finishing with bright raspberry notes
